HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Email us at email@example.com for returning an item.
- If an item should be found to be defective on delivery please advise us immediately and return item within 14 days.
- All returned items must be in new, unused and saleable condition complete with all tags still attached, original packaging and boxes in perfect condition. We regret that custom and personalized made to order products are made just for you, they are not returnable.
- Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of YPD or if the item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
- Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. YPD will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
- We recommend you use a reliable postal service or courier that will provide you with a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods whilst in transit, as the parcel will remain your own responsibility until it reaches us.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event of a customer not making all reasonable efforts to allow our postal service or courier service to deliver in accordance with the terms and conditions. This also applies in the case of items which are returned to YPD by the postal or courier service (‘returned to sender’) outside our specified returns time limit.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs relating to packages returned by our carriers as ‘non-deliverable’. These items may also be subject to a handling charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned goods:-
- Outside of the time frame described
- If the item has been worn or where the tag has been removed
- If the item isn’t in the exact condition as when sent
- Jewellery cannot be returned
- Custom and personalized made to order products
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days from the date we receive a return; this is due to our processing and quality control practices, and the varying processing times between payment providers.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject name ‘EXCHANGE’ and we will hold the alternative size for you (subject to availability).
